Gloversville sex offender faces registration charge
GLOVERSVILLE A Gloversville man was arrested in New York City Thursday and brought back to Fulton County to face allegations he failed to register his address as a Level 2 sex offender.
Tywann Johnson, 26, formerly of 11 Carpenter St., was charged with failing to register or verify his address, according to the Gloversville Police Department.
Police said Johnson has already been convicted of failure to register on two other occasions, elevating the latest charge to a felony.
Johnson was sent to the Fulton County Jail with no bail set.
