Man acquitted in Schenectady County Court of DWI
SCHENECTADY A man on trial for felony driving while intoxicated was acquitted Friday, his attorney said.
Brent Herry, 40, of Brooklyn, was found not guilty of felony driving while intoxicated. The Schenectady County Court jury was unable to reach a verdict on a lesser traffic infraction of driving while ability impaired, according to Herry’s attorney, assistant public defender Paul Callahan.
Herry was convicted of speeding.
Herry was accused of driving while intoxicated on April 28, 2012 on Route 50 in Scotia.
