WHAT IS IT LIKE GRADUATING HIGH-SCHOOL IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC: It is a very unique experience for sure. There are many emotions that I have felt these past 2 months while major events that my classmates and I have been looking forward to for years have been cancelled or changed. It has been hard to accept at times but I have learned that time with family and their health is what is truly important in life. No matter how it is celebrated, the accomplishment of completing my education is still just as rewarding.

WHAT DID YOU LEARN ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR CLASSMATES THIS SEMESTER: The most comforting part of this whole situation is knowing that I am not alone. The Mohon Class of 2020 is a close-knit group and we stick together when things get rough. I have seen firsthand how we can come together to comfort and support each other during this trying time. Watching us come together has been a truly positive experience that has come out of all of this

WHAT IS A MEMORY OF YOUR SENIOR YEAR YOU’LL NEVER FORGET: Pep rally and the homecoming football game last fall.

WHAT YOU WILL MISS MOST ABOUT HIGH SCHOOL: Growing up with my friends and classmates and seeing them every day for 13 years

WHAT’S IN YOUR MUSIC PLAYER: A variety of pop music

BEST PART ABOUT GRADUATING: Closing a great chapter in my life and starting a new journey

WHO OR WHAT INSPIRES YOU: Steve Jobs and his determination to keep pursuing his dreams even after failure.
