The UAlbany men's lacrosse team pulled a huge upset by beating 10th-ranked Johns Hopkins, 10-9, tonight in Baltimore.

It was only the second time in 12 meetings that the Great Danes defeated the Blue Jays. It was also the second major upset for the Danes this season. They beat nationally ranked Syracuse in the season opener.

Freshman goalie Blaze Riorden made 20 saves for the Danes, who despite leading the nation in scoring won this battle with defense.
