UAlbany made some poor decisions in the last couple of minutes and fell to Morgan State, 69-65, in their home opener tonight at SEFCU Arena.
Reggie Holmes scored 23 points, and Kevin Thompson added 15 points and nine rebounds for the 1-0 Bears.
Albany, 0-2, was paced by Tim Ambrose with 21 points and Will Harris with 18.
The Danes led, 60-59, with 5:22 left, but a turnover and subsequent slam-dunk by DeWayne Jackson put the Bears on top for good.
