Several upstate congressional candidates are getting some high-profile help today from Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
The two former presidential candidates each plan on stopping in at several events today.
Giuliani is endorsing Republican 20th Congressional District Alexander "Sandy" Treadwell in Albany and speaking at two rallies, in Halfmoon and Queensbury. Treadwell is looking to unseat incumbent Democrat Kirsten Gillibrand.
Clinton’s schedule includes visits to Utica, Buffalo and Rochester to endorse Democratic Congressman Mike Arcuri and congressional hopefuls Alice Kryzan, Eric Massa and Dan Maffei.
Later this week, Clinton is off to Ohio, Florida and Virginia to stump for the Obama-Biden ticket. Giuliani has been campaigning for John McCain.
