Shen students’ inventions to be part of annual Winterfest

About 400 elementary- and middle-school students taking part in the Shenendehowa Inventors program will display their inventions at the former Cotton Market store at Clifton Park Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Amedore, Blanchfield to debate on WENT

105th Assembly District candidates George Amedore Jr. and Mark Blanchfield will meet face to face Saturday morning on a Gloversville radio talk show.

Amedore, the Republican incumbent, and Blanchfield, a Democratic Schenectady city councilman, will appear together on "Talk of the Town" on WENT (AM 1340) from 9:15 to 10 a.m.

The show is hosted by WENT newsman Paul Ammann and will include questions from listeners that can be phoned in during the show at 725-7175.
