School XC: Final rankings

A total of 15 girls’ teams and 10 boys’ cross country teams from Section II appear in the final top 25 rankings by the the New York State Sportswriters Association.

Six girls’ teams made the Class A list, led by Saratoga Springs (No. 2), followed by Colonie (4), Guilderland (7), Shenendehowa (11), Shaker (20) and Bethlehem (24).

Queensbury is No. 2 in Class B, and Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (8) and Holy Names (13) are made the ranked group.

Class C teams include Broadalbin-Perth (6), Schalmont (17) and Schuylerville (18), and Greenwich (4), Berne-Knox-Westerlo (21) and Maple Hill (25) made the D list.

On the boys’ side, Saratoga Springs is No. 6 in the A rankings, followed by Shenendehowa (18), Colonie (19) and Bethlehem (23).

Burnt Hills is 6 on the B list, and Christian Brothers Academy is No. 9.
Corinth (12) is ranked in Class C, and Greenwich (2), Duanesburg (9) and Maple Hill (17) made the D rankings.
