Kina Zhou of host Niskayuna High School set team and pool records with a 53.38 in the 100-yard freestyle at Tuesday’s Suburban Council swimming and diving meet against Shenendehowa.
Laura Manor of Niskayuna also set a pool record in the 200 individual medley (2:10.10), as did Shenendehowa’s Kelsey Barbour in the 100 breaststroke (1:08.31).
Shenendehowa won the meet, 95-91, to run its duel meet records to 7-0 in the league and 8-0 overall.

DIVING: Reigning Section II champion Addison Walkowiak of Ballston Spa won the Division I one-meter title at Saturday’s Shenendehowa Diving Meet with a 476.75 points, and qualified for next month’s state meet.
Devone Delay of Ballston Spa (394.60) and Christine Renzi of Shenendehowa (358.30) placed second and third in Division I. Franny Yanover of Albany Academy (379.20) and Megan Bartlett of Fonda/Johnstown (375.75) took the top two spots in Division II.

SECTIONAL FOOTBALL: The starting time Saturday’s Section II Class B quarterfinal football game sending Hudson to Hudson Falls has been moved from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
The Class AA crossover game pitting Columbia and Albany will be played Friday starting at 6 p.m. at Bleecker Stadium. The date was not confirmed at Sunday’s Section II meeting to determine payoffs games and crossovers.
Catholic Central will host Coxsackie-Athens in a Class C crossover game Friday at 7 p.m. The game was originally scheduled for Saturday at Coxsackie-Athens at 1 p.m.

FOOTBALL RANKINGS: Ten Section II football teams are ranked in the state by the New York State Sportswriters Association, with Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (7-0) No. 2 among the Class A schools.
Here’s the rest. Class AA: LaSalle (7-0), No. 11; Saratoga Springs (6-1), No. 18; Ballston Spa (6-1), No. 24. Class A: Troy (7-0), No. 2. Class B: Lansingburgh (6-1), No. 14. Class C: Hoosick Falls (7-0), No. 7; Cambridge (6-1), No. 10; Chatham (7-0), No. 13. Class D: Rensselaer (6-1), No. 11.
