Bonus baseball for Capital Region fans on TWC SportsNet LA

If there are any Los Angeles Dodgers fans in the Capital Region, they can turn to channel 331 on Time Warner Cable to watch TWC SportsNet LA.

The channel is showing the Dodgers' game against the Philadelphia Phillies. It did so Friday night, too. I thought there were MLB blackout rules preventing bringing out-of-market games to an area, unless it's on MLB Extra Innings.

This will also upset Dodgers fans in Southern California who can't get the channel if they don't have Time Warner Cable. The channel is displaying #INEEDMYDODGERS in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

It's also strange because Los Angeles Lakers and L.A. Galaxy games have been blacked out.
