RPI recruit Melanson has two assists as Waterloo stays alive in USHL Clark Cup final

RPI hockey 2014-15 recruit Drew Melanson had two assists Saturday as the Waterloo Black Hawks stayed alive in the U.S. Hockey League's Clark Cup final with a 7-2 win over the Indiana Ice.

The best-of-five series is tied, 2-2. The deciding game will be played Tuesday.

Melanson assisted on Zach Sanford's power-play goal with 8:25 left in the second period to give the Black Hawks a 3-2 lead. His other assist came on Brandon Montour's goal midway through the third period that made it 5-2.
