Schenectady native Damon Bruce is changing sportstalk radio stations in San Francisco.

Bruce is leaving KNBR-AM (1050) for 95.7 The Game KGMZ-FM, it was announced Tuesday.

"Having just gone through it, free agency is kinda fun," Bruce posted on his Facebook page. "Found my new team today. Coming on 3/31/14, catch the 'The Damon Bruce Show' from 3-7PM on 95.7 The Game in San Francisco! New station, same show. One man, one mic. Without my amazing audience, this wouldn't be happening. Thanks to KNBR for 9 great years, but now, it's time to climb over to the FM side of the dial. And how perfect, my first show ... is OPENING DAY."

Bruce is a graduate of Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons High School.

He is also heard on CBS Sports Radio on Saturday nights from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. The show is on WPTR-AM (1240).
