Union hockey gets commitment from Alberta Junior Hockey League's Bonnyville Pontiacs center Foo

Spencer Foo, the leading scorer for the Alberta Junior Hockey League's Bonnyville Pontiacs, has committed to Union for the 2015-16 season.

The 19-year-old Foo, who is a center, has 27 goals and 17 assists. He is 6-foot and weighs 177 pounds.

"Very excited and honored to have committed to Union College," Foo said on his Twitter page.

Last season with the Pontiacs, Foo had 13 goals and 17 assists in 55 games.

Foo is a native of Edmonton, Alberta.
