ECAC Hockey Faceoff Selections 2013-14: Week 19

By Ken Schott
Thursday, February 13, 2014

I picked the wrong time to have a bad week.

After getting into a tie for first place last week, I stumbled in Week 18 with a 5-6 record. Now, I find myself looking up at RedLiner 36, who leaped over Union Bob and I to take first place after going 9-2 last week. He has a four-point lead over Union Bob and six over me.

My record was so bad that I fell from a first-place tie into fourth. Ouch.

Here are the overall records, with the Week 18 records in parentheses:
RedLiner36 — 120-60-27 267 points (9-2)
Union Bob — 119-63-25 263 points (6-5)
Kevin Sokolski — 118-62-27 263 points (8-3)
Me — 117-63-27 261 points (5-6)
Brian Unger — 114-65-28 256 points (8-3)
Achilles 3-7-5 — 113-67-27 253 points (6-5)
Still Crazy In Section 17 — 113-67-27 253 points (7-4)
Ryan Fay — 112-68-27 251 points (6-5)
Matthew Ruffini — 112-68-27 251 points (8-3)
Messa Faithful — 111-69-27 249 points (8-3)
Andy Weise — 110-70-27 247 points (6-5)
Luke Devoe — 110-70-27 247 points (6-5)
Richard Derrick — 110-70-27 247 points (8-3)
Casey Hart — 103-79-25 231 points (9-2)
Alan Kratzke Jr.— 98-86-23 219 points (9-2)
