RPI hockey gets commitment from Victoria Grizzlies (BCHL) goalie Dillon

Two days after getting a commitment for next season from Alberni Valley Bulldogs Jared Wilson, RPI got another commitment from a British Columbia Hockey League player.

Victoria Grizzlies goalie Alec Dillon gave his verbal commitment to RPI on Sunday night.

"Committed to @RPIAthletics thank you to my family and friends who helped make this happen," Dillon wrote on his Twitter account.

Dillon, 17, probably won't be coming until 2015-16. He has played in two games for the Grizzlies this season, going 0-2 with a 4.00 goals-against average and an .862 save percentage.

Last year with the Westshore Wolves of the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League, Dillon was 9-12 with a 3.96 GAA, an .890 save percentage and three shutouts.
