Union beats Dartmouth, 4-1, in Game 1 of ECAC Hockey quarterfinals

Daniel Carr scored twice, leading Union to a 4-1 victory over Dartmouth in Game 1 of their ECAC Hockey tournament quarterfinal series.

The Dutchmen have a 1-0 lead in the best-of-three series. They can punch their ticket to the semifinals in Atlantic City next weekend with a win Saturday.

Daniel Ciampini and Mat Bodie also scored for the Dutchmen. Goalie Troy Grosenick made 31 saves.
