Union downs Brown, 2-0

Max Novak and Kyle Bodie scored goals, and goalie Troy Grosenick made 23 saves to help Union beat Brown, 2-0, in an ECAC Hockey game Saturday at Messa Rink.

It is the Dutchmen's first win against Brown since Jan. 29, 2011. Union had gone 0-2-1 in the last three meetings.

Novak scored midway through the second period to snap a scoreless tie. Bodie added an empty-netter with 18.1 seconds left.
