Union leads Dartmouth, 2-1, after two

Second-perid goals by Kevin Sullivan and Mat Bodie has given No. 18 Union a 2-1 lead over 16th-ranked Dartmouth after 40 minutes of play in the ECAC Hockey game at Messa Rink.

Matt Hatch skated down the left wing and around the Dartmouth net, and then sent the puck out in front. Sullivan skated in an buried it past goalie Cab Morris 3:25 into the second to give Union a 1-0 lead.

Five seconds after Kyle Bodie was called for tripping, Eric Neiley scored a power-play goal with 10:35 left to tie the score.

But the Dutchmen got that one back with a power-play goal of their own. Mat Bodie made a nice toe drag with the puck at the top of the slot to elude a Dartmouth defender, and then sent a wrist shot past Morris' left side with 6:59 to go.
