ESPN to televise 130 ACC men's basketball conference games

The networks of ESPN will televise 130 ACC men's basketball conference games this season, the cable network announced Thursday.

This is the first season that Syracuse is playing in the ACC after leaving the Big East.

The first telecast is Sunday, Dec. 8, when ESPNU shows Virginia Tech against Miami at 12:30 p.m.

The Miami-Syracuse game Saturday, Jan. 4, at 2 p.m. will be on ESPN3 and the ACC Network.

The 130-game conference schedule marks the most ACC conference-controlled games on the ESPN networks in a season, and an increase over 106 contests last year.
