We will have a very special guest on the next edition of the "Slap Schotts" college hockey segment on Rodger Wyland's "Big Board Sportstalk" at 11:05 a.m. Thursday on FOX Sports 980 (WOFX).

Boston College coach Jerry York, who is tied with Ron Mason for the most wins in college hockey at 924, will join Wyland and I to talk about his career and how his defending NCAA champions are doing heading into the Christmas break.

After the interview with York, I'll look back at last weekend's games involving RPI and Union and give my analysis on where these teams are as they take time off for the holidays.

Phone calls (518-690-0980) and e-mails ( or are welcomed.
