Ten AHL games on NHL Network

The NHL Network will give Capital Region college hockey fans a chance to this season see former RPI standout Jerry D'Amigo.

Ten AHL games will be on the NHL Network this season, it was announced today. Seven of the games involve the Toronto Marlies, the farm team of the Toronto Maple Leafs. D'Amigo, who left RPI in August to sign a contract with the Leafs, is playing for the Marliers.

The first game is Sunday at 1 p.m., when the Marlies host the Binghamton Senators.

It will be a double-header of AHL action on Sunday. At 5 p.m., Time Warner Cable Sports (Ch. 3) has the Adirondack Phantoms at the Rochester Americans.

Here is the NHL Network schedule:

Sunday, Binghamton at Toronto, 1 p.m.
Oct. 24, Oklahoma City at Hamilton, 1 p.m.
Nov. 21, Hamilton at Toronto, 1 p.m.
Dec. 12, Toronto at Hamilton, 1 p.m.
Jan. 16, Toronto at Abbotsford, 2 p.m.
Jan. 23, Abbotsford at Manitoba, 1 p.m.
Feb. 27, Manitoba at Toronto, 1 p.m.
Mar. 6, Hamilton at Toronto, TBD
Mar. 27, Abbotsford at Manitoba, 1 p.m.
Apr. 3, Manitoba at Toronto, TBD
