The regular Union hockey radio broadcast team of Matt DuBrey and Brian Unger won’t be making the trip to the Mutual of Omaha Stampede at Nebraska-Omaha this weekend. However, the games will still be on WRUC-FM (89.7) and Teamline

Calling the action will be the UNO broadcast team of Greg Harrington (play-by-play) and Terry Leahy (analyst). The Dutchmen face ECAC Hockey-rival Quinnipiac at 5:05 p.m. Friday, and will face either UNO or American International on Saturday at 5:05 or 8:05 p.m.

The Teamline page can be accessed by clicking here.

DuBrey and Unger will make their season debut next Friday, when Union faces RPI in the Governor’s Cup at the Times Union Center.

As the old saying goes, a Union hockey broadcast without DuBrey is like Christmas without presents.
