The “NHL Hour With Commissioner Gary Bettman” returns to Sirius XM Radio and NHL.com at 4 p.m. Thursday.

Joining Bettman and co-host Bill Clement is actress and moderator of ABC’s “The View,” Whoopi Goldberg.

“I am looking forward to another season of talking to our fans and our guests on ‘The NHL Hour,’ ” Bettman said. “Last year was a lot of fun. There was a lot of terrific conversation, and Whoopi Goldberg's appearance Thursday will add an interesting dimension to our first show of
2008-09.”

The show can be heard on the NHL Home Ice package (XM channel 204 and Sirius channel 208).
