Danes start practice Friday

UAlbany's men's basketball team will start official practice sessions Friday afternoon at 5.
The Great Danes will look much different than last year without Gerardo Suero, one of the nation's leading scorers, and Logan Aronhalt both off the roster. Both still had a year of eligibility left, but Suero left to pursue a pro career, and Aronhalt transferred to Maryland.
Point guard Mike Black and swingman Jayson Guerrier return as seniors, along graduate student Jacob Iiati at guard, Luke Devlin at power forward and Blake Metcalf at center.
