Devils send three to Trenton

The New Jersey Devils have reassigned winger Jean-Sebastien Berube and defenseman Harry Young to Trenton of the EHCL, and Albany has returned centerman Kelly Zajac to Trenton on loan.

Berube has not played in the AHL this season. After coming back from a preseason injury, he has played 10 games with Trenton, scoring three goals and handing out five assists.

Young has been up and down between Albany, Trenton and Kalamazoo. He has played only one game with Albany, two with Trenton and 30 with Kalamazoo, where he had an assist.

Zajac has played six games in Albany with two goals and an assist. He has played 12 games with Trenton, recording four goals and five assists.

Despite the trio's lack of playing time in Albany, each player has spent a good deal of time in the Capital District as a healthy scratch. Hopefully, they can get into some games in the near future in Trenton and apply the things they pick up during their time in Albany and continue their development.
