Watch Cuomo's 2013 State of the State Address

Gov. Andrew Cuomo will deliver his third state of the state address this afternoon from the Empire State Plaza Convention Center this afternoon.

In a news release accompanying the address, Cuomo said, "New York is on its way, coming back stronger than ever before, rising to meet some of the biggest challenges in our history, remaining as a progressive beacon of light to the rest of the nation, and standing out as a model of efficient government."
