Hundreds show up for environmental budget hearing

Hundreds of anti-fracking protesters filled the joint legislative budget hearing on the environmental conservation portion of the budget.

Watch the hearing below.

The first speaker was state Department of Environmental Conservation Commissioner Joe Martens. When Sen. Cecilia Tkaczyk, D-Duanesburg, entered the hearing room, she received a brief round of applause.
