Tax credits available under Obamacare
Families USA released a report this morning that added up the number of New Yorkers eligible next year for tax credits to help them pay for health insurance.

According to the report, more than 1.5 million New Yorkers will have access to premium tax credits in 2014. Almost 90 percent of eligible people will come from working families, which are defined as having at least one member with a job. About 40 percent of eligible people will be between the ages of 18 and 34.
U.S. Rep. Paul Tonko, D-Amsterdam, stressed the importance of letting people know they're eligible for this credit.
In Fulton and Montgomery counties there are 8,680 people, Schenectady County has 11,860 people, Saratoga County has 14,150 and Albany County has 17,750.
