Library proposes flat budget

The proposed Saratoga Springs Library budget for 2013-2014 keeps spending flat.
The proposal and a schedule for passing the budget is available below.
The budget relies on about $5.5 million in spending, with salaries making up about half that expense. The biggest spending drop was in health insurance and the biggest increase was in retirement.
A vote on the budget is April 18 and a public hearing will be held on April 15.
