Harness trainer challenges his suspension

Harness trainer Luis Pena is going to court to challenge his suspension from last Spring.
The state's Racing and Wagering Board, now the Gaming Commission, accused him of 1700 drug violations last spring. The alleged violations included instances of illegal doping at the Saratoga Casino & Raceway.
Read about Pena's legal, which was filed in state Supreme Court in Schenectady County, below. The challenge was filed in the end of February.
