NYRA launches 'Time Machine' video series
The New York Racing Association has launched the "NYRA Time Machine" video series, which
highlights some of the greatest races in New York Racing history.
The human connections of the horses who competed in these historical races will provide their insights and perspectives in each "NYRA Time Machine" video, and the first episode, which profiles Onion's upset victory over Secretariat in the 1973 Whitney Handicap, features an interview with Hall of Fame trainer Allen Jerkens. NYRA will unveil more "Time Machine" features in the coming weeks. The second installment covers Rachel Alexandra's unprecedented victory over older males in last year's Woodward.
