Saratoga Springs was one of seven city websites in the state given an award by the site Juggle.com for their Web design and content.
Albany also made the list.
"Each site applies the best that web technology has to offer in order to provide citizens with greater access to information and government services," the site said as its reason for picking the selected cities.
The other cities awarded are New York, Beacon, Syracuse, Buffalo and Long Beach.

Saratoga Springs redesigned its website in 2008.
Juggle.com is a compiler site, listing such things as the most expensive paintings, top companies, top universities and colleges and most popular TV shows.
