2011 Schenectady police shooting (WARNING: STRONG LANGUAGE)

Schenectady police released this dashcam video showing the Aug. 12, 2011, fatal shooting of Luis Rivera of Albany on Grove Place, near State Street. Rivera is seen briefly at the beginning of the clip in a white T-shirt, struggling with an officer before breaking away and moving out of frame, where he allegedly pulled a gun from his pocket and was shot to death by three officers. WARNING: STRONG LANGUAGE
