honestly do we need people threatening to take away our children because we smoked a joint, just because we need some emergency food stamps or temporary medical assistance. come on. it's ridiculous to me. require them to comply as they always have. such as work readiness programs etc. not!!! pay back medical. how foolish is that. test for alchol. I see more alcholics running around doing nothing. da if they have a history of abusing drugs stop paying thousands and thousands of dollars to put them in rehab places they go in and do drugs immediately after coming out.
