Regard of Fire House in Burnt Hills. I recommended that it should be install traffic stop light included flashing orange light at front entrance of Fire House and in same time all stop lights must turn red on at intersection of Lakehill Road and Saratoga Road. This is best solution for firefighters safety in and out of the front fire house. I have seen here in Bethesda Maryland does help to solve the problem for fire trucks in and out of entrance of fire houses with stop light at the front and along the traffic light turned on near by intersections.

Please read this link at http://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2....... You will understand why we are support more stronger for gun control rather than Wild Wild West in our country to compare other countries. NRA should help us more to make better control gun laws and how to use guns or rifles for safety and protection. NRA should be not against gun control laws. I am asking you in those people who against gun control laws. Why we need military-style assault weapon for? To kill people?? What for? Huh... Come on!! That is one example. Yes, we are still have right of bear arm in our constitution, but we will never abolish right of bear arm under gun control laws. We need the people who has right of bear arm to protect themselves, but not for wrong hand as terrorists, crazy people (mental problems) who love trigger happy to kill people or gun violence criminals.

Why have to "floodgate" important to Georgetown Waterfront? Because waterfront business does not want block the beautiful view of Potomac River as flood wall. Georgetown Floodgate has about 7 feet high wall. I don't know about the engineers how to built higher than 7 feet floodgate wall able to fit for Stockade waterfront. Engineers have to figure out to make strong floodgate post and strength wall withstand river flood pressure against floodgate wall. It does not have to built levees to block the river view. gplante227 - yes I wish to make a new 7 lock to higher automatic dam wall to help slow down raise flood down the river at stockade waterfront. 7 lock should have release some of flood flow before overflow of the lock. Yes, we need to some kind of better flood control from 7 lock before down the river. That all I have to say for now.

billnech and gplante227 - This is not correct. It will be not cost 100 million dollars, but it may be less than 10 to 20 million dollars. I am talking about movable flood wall as know as floodgates. It already have automatic movable flood wall in Georgetown waterfront in DC. They had been used for more than 29 yrs. That been use over years when Potomac river flooding to protect Georgetown waterfront business. Last few years ago, it was one bad omen because no one able to maintaining properly movable flood wall aka "Floodgates" because one of few floodgates did not go to up and cost million dollars flood damage in their waterfront business. They had to learn their mistake because they must be maintaining automatic movable wall aka "Floodgates" should be testing before bad storm coming or ice dam predict. I hope that floodgates wall will help to prevent water damage cost for homeowners riverfront in Stockade even historic district or not. Also, it is not fair for only one homeowner raise their house on their property for their own expense, but it should be share other homeowners as well. It may not look right to raise their dirt and the house top of it and their neighbors are not. It does look funny that only one house raise the ground. That is my opinion.

This is really sad that commission should not think and bad move for other owners may have flooding their houses. The commission should think and built automatic flood wall surrounding stockade area on the river front. That is only way solution for all owners in the stockade area to prevent flooding in their houses. Rise dirt and move up the house is too costly to do it. It is lot cheaper cost to built automatic flood wall for all homeowners in the stockade area.

Mr. Baluch, Please don't blame President that he had bad accomplishments. Blame the Congress as do nothing to move our country going and stalling in our government business. I know that you did not see very well enough that what is President doing. Yes, I know that President had something bad accomplishments in the small issues. Other than, he is waiting a lot of Bills from Congress to pass for his veto or not.

This is not handicapped accessible townhouse and too many steps for them especially for older people unless healthy older people. It will not getting many young people to buy this because it is not economical feasible for them.

Recommending that should built automatic flood wall along the river in the stockade area. Must be maintaining and inspection for flood wall in frequently. It is same flood wall in the Georgetown waterfront in Washington D.C. One of bad flood from Potomac River does hit Georgetown front waterfront badly because automatic flood water is not functioning well cause by lacking of maintaining and inspections. After that, it will be no problem and save a lot of money for Georgetown Waterfront business and residents to prevent from flood in that area. If automatic flood wall is up when the flood come in and you will not see the river scenery. If no flood came in then automatic flood wall will come down and you will see river scenery again.
