They both got off easy, stupid mother who couldnt protect her child from a brainless, gutless turd. This guy gets 18 years in prison and the child molester in the other article gets 20-life, do they really think that this man after 18 years in a cage is going to learn right from wrong. Why not life for him? Sounds like the judge was half asleep when they got sentenced.

I hope this man enjoys hell and all the blanket parties they are going to throw him when he goes to the big house. Once they find out that he is in for harming a child he is done!

The Chief, and yes I spelled it correct, and his wife have been using cocaine for quite some time now. Not only has he been seen by numerous people in local establishments high as a kite while he was a CHIEF, it continued after he got out of law enforcement. I find it very sickening that someone of his stature was part of what has defaced and disgraced the city of Schenectady for years. It has only gotten worse, not better. I left the city some years ago and while being as far away as I was I heard about all of the police officers that went dirty and it didn't surprise me one bit, as a large part of that force has been corrupt for several years. If it wasn't for the state troopers Schenectady would be a lot worse off. Recently been back to visit, shocked at how run down and depressed looking that city now is. Get some real people in those high powered positions to get off their butts and start making a change. Get rid of the hoodlums, dealers and prostitutes and clean up that hell hole. As for the family man you speak of that spent years locking people up behind bars for doing the same thing, is nothing more than a criminal himself. The tax payers must feel great that they still have to pony up the dollars to pay his pension. What a joke!!
