I always bought american cars until my last purchase...I was tired of paying for 5 years and at the end of my term, my car is worth half that of a comparable Honda, Toyota, Suburu....etc...I am not talking about hundai's or Kia's....But I decided to buy a Honda this time, and have never been more pleased with a vehicle....this Honda has as much American parts and labor as a (so called) American car has too...I fought for this country and love this country but heh...Money is money....it's just business...nothing personal....( I do still drive a Harley though)
Politics make people crazy.....Middle class people like myself will hardly see a difference no matter who wins....Thats just the way the government is set up....Life is way too short....I really, really like Schdygirl
Hey Junior, How can this be the most important election ever, when clearly both candidates are typical (talk out of the side of your mouth) politicians? YES we live in a great (greatest) country, but you, as well as most Americans are so easily deceived by these slick talking, self serving, egotistical goons...It can not be that important election when either way, WE THE PEOPLE, will end up the losers....4 more years of BS and broken promises either way....It does not take a psych major to see through the Bull**** One of Howard Sterns reporters went into Harlem to ask over 25 black people who they were voting for....Every single one said Obama (of course) The funny thing is when (sal) the reporter issued a few follow up comments regarding McCains policies and acting like they were Obama's . Every single person said they whole heartedly agreed....and these were issues that they TOTALLY differed on....Just a fun fact to show how uninformed and pathetic people are.....
Lighten up on Schdygirl.....we are just here to pass time and have fun.....no one said anything disrespectful.....It just seemed like an odd question.....Of course we realize not everyone who goes bets......however those numbers are small.....like the number of people who go to vegas and dont bet......really people.....everyone take a deep breath and calm down
I never really thought about it before, but why the hell not.....I was in the National Guard and had to submit periodic tests.....Now I work for the local power Co. and have to submit random tests.....Why should my hard earned taxes go to someone who does not have to do the same.....I guarantee if these people stop smoking weed to get their benefits, it may increase their motivation enough to want to find an alternate way to support themselves......I only pick on weed because it is the ultimate DE-motivator, and is easily picked up weeks after use.
