On GOP snubs Stillwater supervisor

Mr. Maziejka wasn't there, the former administration at the school ignored the situation, remember that. Most people will agree that the school now is a much different place than before. The young girl deserves that award for the trauma she experienced and let that be a lesson to those administrators, most of whom are no longer in this district, that threats cannot and should not be tolerated let alone ignored and to take a proactive approach in the lives of the students, learn the kids, become involved and don't hide behind your office doors. Yes the employee who did nothing hopefully was fired, if not, I hope he/she sleeps well at night. I hope this young girl will have a bright future in front of her, I'm sorry her life in our school district was so traumatic for her, that's not how someone should remember their high school years, good luck.

On Former Stillwater student to get $1.1 million as jury finds district at fault in 2005 beating

I hardly think the conspiracy to throw the Stillwater election came into play with the State Inspector's office. Im hoping they have a little more to do with their time. What I find more disturbing is the supervisor's denial of ms. lorf's involvement in his campaign and the emails in the possession of the Inspectors office apparently prove he is not telling the truth. How much respect or confidence can you have in someone who lies to government agencies when he is caught red handed. The poster who is throwing accusations regarding the former supervisor and his administration ...what's the point, the report has nothing to do with that, it is the actions of ms. lorf and the supervisor that are called into question. Unless the connors administration is now responsible for people driving without licenses and misuse of state time and/or equipment, it has no relevance. Read the entire report yourself. It is located at http://www.ig.state.ny.us/reports/report... under press releases for March.

On Report: State DOT worker campaigned for Stillwater candidate while on the job

Isn't this shop on Graves Road in Stillwater. This reporter seems to lack the necessary research skills, often his stories are incorrect. Stillwater is a small town and to not indicate that this small town hosts such a fine company is thoughtless to its residents and even more it is misleading to the customers who pay for correct information. A story was done on this very same topic in the Gazette a few years back, must be a slow news day.
