I know I am supposed to consider a person innocent until proven guilty but if a court ordered an "order of protection" there must be enough proof that this guy is threatening his wife for them to give it.
What does it take to put this man in jail, his wife to be shot and killed! or a person on the road getting into an accident with him.
It is time his service revolver and all guns he owns be taken from him along with his drivers license.
This man is going to kill or hurt someone and after the fact we all will say why was he allowed to get away with things the way he was.
One thing I do have to say is the police did not and have not swept this under the rug. They arrested him for the hit and run and DWI which is more then they would have before Commissioner Bennett came on board.
This is tragic. Someone could or will be killed by his behavior and he himself "needs help" with his alcohol and anger issues.
With anger issues like his I hope he never is the officer that answers my call for assistance!
We don't need special containers we already have large stickers that can be put on a garbage can. What happens with the special containers is they get stollen.
Ellis was sending me bills for clinic visits that were 2 years ago. As if I can even verify I indeed had an appointment with them on those dates and time. What a scam that could be.
I now keep my appointment calendar for a few years before tossing it so I have a record of who and when I used their service.
I now look over my Medicare Summary sheets real closely and keep them too.

In rereading the article I made an error He was stopped for hitting a parked car and not H+R.
