Good luck!! Hope they will bring him along at his pace so when he gets to the pros he'll be ready. And he will get to the pros.

I worked at both tracks and many of the tellers are betting. And when they win, they have friends go to other windows and cash the tickets. Anyone who says otherwise is not telling the truth.

A picture would be helpful so people can see it and check it out before they drive over there.

I'm guessing fnb05 and PFS are some of the neighbors who were so against the course. You'd think the guy was a murderer.

How does a case where there is essentially no evidence get this far?

There was a time when people set off fireworks for the Fourth of July. Now it's May, June, and on and on for days after the fourth. It's unbearable. M80's are not even the loudest ones anymore. It sounds like world war III is going on. I had no idea that there was no real enforcement against this. If people wanted to use only the simple and smaller fireworks for a few days, it would not be so bad. But the noise was mind numbing. Something has to be done.

Neither - many of us are prepared to see what the evidence is like before we decide. If he did beat the crap out of the guy as described, it does not sound like self-defense. If that is not what happened - then it's not. On a day like this - restraint is called for.
