Great idea - after you have not been able to do anything for 12 years, go on jury duty?? Was she getting treatment or taking medication? If so - I believe they would ask about that and she should have told the truth and gone home. Someone else's life is at stake and is NOT the place to make you life "normal" again.

How about - ticketing property owners who never clean in front of their properties. Ticket illegally parked cars and people who refuse to walk on the sidewalk. Have the police patrol in EVERY neighborhood - Central State does not see many police cars just driving slowly through the area and the bad guys certainly know it.

Will that stand up in court? I doubt it. The same people keep getting arrested in this city over and over - so instead of closing the stores, let's get some new judges.

Why can't we use an existing shelter? It would probably be cheaper to expand one of them that actually build a shelter, which will then require a staff. Anything to spend money. In the meantime - how many thousands of unlicensed dogs are there? The usual nonsense.
