12 jobs over the next "several years"?????? What exactly does that mean? But it's getting some no tax time. This is outrageous that the taxpayers here are so overburdened but these guys will pay nothing. thanks, Andy Boy.

That place is a disaster. Calling that senior housing is a joke. It's filled with drug addicts and crime. They need to start weeding people out of these who commit crime on a regular basis and are high all day long. Did they go there before they bought it?

That whole casino thing is a rip off. Tear down more houses and see the lots to people who agree to put something on them and live in them. No more landlords who live elsewhere. Even if the sales are at a cheap price, putting something on a lot makes it taxable. The houses that are falling down are way too expensive to fix. Half the houses here are derelict.

Mary Rain is an embarrassment to the legal profession and humanity generally. The police focused on one person and stopped - very bad police work. Even if they thought he was guilty, they should have looked at other suspects to make sure there were no other possibilities.

Here are some ideas - do not let kids out to roam the streets at night if you are a parent. Everyone needs to go out and clean in front of their home - a lot of that garbage in the sewers is litter that never gets cleaned up. An area that looks filthy, like Crane Street, clearly shows that no one cares how it looks. Make your kids go to school. Report crimes. If you know people who have guns - report them. I agree that street lighting is a good thing, and that it will discourage SOME people - but the reality is that people know that they can get away with crime in the Hill and Mt. Pleasant and they are not going to be deterred by the city council. It always starts at home.

A violation? I was on Crane Street earlier this morning and they are all there again. You would have to be rousting these guys 24/7.

People lacking in remorse and insight are generally NOT good candidates for parole. He didn't even know how to PRETEND that he was sorry - what does that tell you?

Does that girl's story make sense? She misses almost an entire year but no one can figure out a way to help her mom so she can go to school?

Let's just drive everyone out of business who works hard and has something to offer. That way people who live in this area can have their private roads and privacy.
