It's not only too difficult, it's impossible with only a high school background. And it would steal precious educational time. It would be nice to teach everyone everything, but it can't be done. And before you argue with me: I'm in a good position to comment.

I recall sitting with children's books in the library at the age of six. I rapidly became a confirmed reader, and I've been told that I was reading at eighth grade level from the first grade. The point I want to make, one that gets little mention, is that the best way to learn spelling, grammar, style, and a lot of other things, is by reading, reading, and reading - anything and everything. What happens is that you don't have to recall rules; you just know what looks wrong.

There is a very simple answer to the argument that age requiremnts for becoming a drunk or a soldier should be identical. The job qualifications are not the same for both.

Fracking is opposed largely by egotists who have little grasp of reality. Other less celebrity-worshipping states have already disposed of this "problem".
