This is a positive example of the Supervisor and the Highway Manger making decisions that are cost effective, and beneficial to the Town. I am encourged by the example shown and the Supervisors decision process. This Supervisor has made positive efforts in multiple directions for the Town and residents should take comfort in the manner that he has risen to the "challange" of multiple issues facing the town. Remember this when its election time, he deserves your continual support.....

The loyality of Americans is shown by proudly displaying the American Flag or a flag of their Military Service, It is insulting to even consider that any one would dishonor any flag. I fly my Flag with pride and anyone who touches it faces the consequences, Fly the Flag - If you need another one I will buy it .... Siemper Fieledis

How confusing, I will make it simple for everyone
There are now the following
1. Basic for every one which reduces the assesment on your property by $30,000.00- Apply at the assessors office
2. Enhanced for anyone over the age of 65 with a income requirement which reduces it another $30,000
If in a marriage one is less than 65 and the other at least 65 than it still applies. Bring a copy of your tax form to the assessors office (NYS Return)
fill out the required form and request another form that will automically have your Income verified with the NYS Tax department yearly so you don't have to bring in continual tax forms....

So if you are over 65 you get both which is a reduction of $60,200 off your assessment
