If these communist sympathizers want this then lets also prosecute former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan who was responsible for supporting tyrannical governments who committed wholesale genocide, along with felonious theft and fraud as we saw with the UN's Oil for Food Program which Annan pocketed millions of dollars from this program which did not see where the profits were intended to go in African countries while its people were suffering starvation from poverty. I think we can also see this prosecution...

John Addams once said that facts are stubborn things and in so much as the numbers being put out by the race baiters/hustlers about the number of black men being killed every year by white police officers as being into the thousands making the point in their pea brains there is an epidemic of wide spread racism among white male police officers being perpetrated toward black men. Well I am here to debunk that message as being a crock of $#@@&. In 2012, according to the Uniform Crime Report published annually by the FBI about the break down of reported criminal statistics in America they found the real number of black men killed by white police officers as only being 146 as compared to white men being killed by their white police officer male counter parts as being 346. So just like anything the American Left cries and whines about it is usually made up of FALSE pretenses and untrue. This is done to create a panic among the people and to furthermore create hysteria which the Left has become very good at. Bemoaning we as a people have a crisis on our hands, the Left says we need to have a sit down pow wow with the chief instigator in divisiveness in Barrack Hussein Obama, mmm, mmm, mmm to get a grip on the problem they have created through useless dialogue that only divides more and more people offering more rhetoric that black men are victims and white male police officers are bullies and racists. Well in these incidences of NYC and Ferguson the race baiters/hustlers are the real problem by trying to extinguish the fires with gasoline. Another tid bit is that the democratically run NYC has increased the taxes on cigarettes every years since Giuliani left office in 2001. These politicians have made the police the people who are there to enforce the fines and lock up those who are caught selling the tobacco products on the street at a cut in price of what they are supposed to be sold for in legitimate businesses. Thus comes a large black man by the name of Eric Garner who the NYPD had a warrant for his arrest for this very charge and during the arrest Mr. Garner died while being subdued. Now my point is shouldn't the real fault of the NYC Mayor and the NYC City Council who created this ordinance into law that the police officers were carrying out at the behest of these politicians so doesn't the real fault lay at their feet and not at the feet of the cops. Hmm? Makes you want to reconsider this dilemma.

No Chuckles your the one who is creepy and to add insult into injury you're also a MORON. First off all, guns in any firearms shop on display are to be UNLOADED per state law and if any customer looks at the weapon the clerk always shows the customer that the gun is empty. Two, there are numerous businesses at this location and are clearly separated by signs but since you can't read it explains the lack of brain function you have. Third, each business at that location advertised in the print and television media about their openings, but since your to high on narcotics it further explains your ignorance. Lastly, if some one wants to purchase a firearm it is none of your damn business so if the person is rooted out in the background check process then they will not receive a pistol permit. It is because of idiots like you who are anti-gun zealots who put false information into people's minds who don't know how to decipher this information so do us all a favor and keep your trap shut about subjects you have no knowledge of...

I patrolled the Mt. Pleasant/Bellevue neighborhoods for 5 years as a Schenectady cop being the zone operator on the 4:00 PM-12:00 AM shift and to watch this once great neighborhood decay the way it has is a damn CRIME. The thing I can say about Chief Kaczmarek is that he allowed us to handle the zone responsibilities in our own way that we needed to do to keep the neighborhoods under control. The truth of the matter was the zone operators and other officers on our job always acted in a professional manner and we dealt with people on the highest of respect volume while at the same time we got the job done to serve the decent tax paying residents of those neighborhoods. The trouble makers were always kept under tight scrutiny by us and if they stepped out of line they went to jail. It was that simple!!! The problem now is that the police administration needs to take the handcuffs off of the officers in this city and let them do their jobs in clean up Schenectady. The current unwritten policy of the department's administration is to tell their officers to not be proactive especially when it comes to dealing with people in the high crime areas of the city for fear by the city officials to being sued. The officers in this city are damn fine law enforcement agents and they need to be supported 100% because this city is already a cess pool...
