So it is a fair assessment and I can say that you condone the racist and bigoted attitudes the President is trying to eliminate by having fair and affordable housing available to minorities and the poor whites that will never see anything like this unless we bring these indigent people to the suburbs because they will never have a chance unless we move the system to be fair and accessible to them as Congressman Barney Frank (D-MA) used to say and hoped for. How are we going to elevate these people unless they have a boost in life. The President is attempting to eliminate this biased system by giving people a helping hand and a chance at affordable housing. A rich man who builds luxury apartment complexes never fed a hungry child and we can reduce the greed gap that has plagued this nation since its inception. How can you people face a new day knowing that your boot is on the neck of the poor in this biased system that doesn't give them a fair chance at affordable housing.

In this apartment building of tomorrow, will Section 8 HUD housing be available to qualify for these residences??? If it isn't we need it to be able to qualify and eliminate bigotry, racism, sexism and Homophobia??? Since the State of NY is so concerned about people's civil rights lets start here where underprivileged person's can qualify for this special housing...
