When women have been appointed to positions of authority in law enforcement they always fail at their assigned tasks because they use what is called the mother hen effect in trying to lead. Therefore, they become nit pickers doing what is politically correct and micromanaging so as to not hurt the feelings of others instead of doing what is the correct and sensible measure of conduct in achieving a simple or a complex goal. Otherwise, their subordinates can't think for themselves and make their own decisions because they know they will be second guessed in their actions and ultimately they learn to leave the tough decision making up to the so called brain trust of the female gender who leads them. Its a great way to stay out of trouble at work if you like dumping your responsibility onto your bosses lap. Where ah last, these darlings of the female gender become confused about what is the right thing to do which results from lacking in common sense and in God given intellect. These women maybe book smart, but they are idiots when it comes to street smarts because they have been coddled and protected during their lives and careers where they have not had to make life or death decisions on a dimes notice. This is why women like this can never command soldiers in battle because they don't have the qualities their male counterparts have in competitive desire to win where women in this profession will take the road least traveled which is ultimately going to get someone hurt or killed. Don't get me wrong there are some males that can't make a decision to save their life either, but for the most part the female personage is the weaker of the sexes and will always prove it in their decision making...
