Great bunch of people working there over the years. So sad to see another small business go out. Glenville Town officials get one business in and another one goes out. I hate to have to leave town to shop anywhere besides the big box stores.

You have just ruined one of my best childhood memories!! We would 'take a reading' and spread the word but the winter seemed to go on forever anyways so we always thought we had got it right!!

I hope the advertising sponsors are from Boston and not local. New Yorkers should support the Mets, and not be surprise when businesses pull out of NY and taxes go up!

When you don't pay sales tax to NYS, the loss of revenue is made up with services/programs being cut, and you paying higher land and school tax. You think you are saving money but the only ones that benefit from this is the non homeowners.

Disciplinary hearings should be kept inhouse. Do you ever hear of General Electric, MVP or any other government municipality having open hearings, NO you don't. IF it is a criminal matter then it will be made public anyways.

The Eggs & Kegs - as bad as it was, was not only UAlbany students, but Siena, St. Rose and outsiders. It was off campus on property not owed by the college. The fountain event could have wrist bands, limiting the event only to UAlbany students.
I was also told that the fountain was going to be converted at some point to be able to use it for ice skating in the winter.
