Oh, yes, the issue of "confused youth"! Research shows that kids raised in homosexual families are no more likely to become homosexual than kids from traditional families. The only difference that was found is that kids from homosexual families are more tolerant and less hostile. I must also say that I find the analogy with interracial marriages very appropriate. A lot of people still have a hard time accepting those - 50 years apparently is not enough... Another issue that is often raised by opponents of gay marriage goes something like this: "Marriage is ultimately intended for procreation purposes and so homosexual couples offend the law of nature". Well, here is a question then: How about marriages between elderly people? Should they also be considered offensive? Come on!
