One would hope that the city might have the foresight to realize that the signs increase business which in turn creates jobs and tax revenue. Or is it just another ploy for the city to collect fines from the very people who support it. Wake up city council, you are taxing and fining us to death!

Collect money for a service but spend it on another fund, sounds illegal to me. I plan on suing the city if they keep this up. Then lets see how much they save. It's getting impossible to make ends met as a landlord in this city. Wake up tenants because I will pass this onto you. Vote...it's your money too.

What happen to the days when men settle their differences with a good old fashion bar fight. These cowards today have to resort to guns. How weak!

The only thing they will do is force responsible landlords like myself to sell and get out of schdy once and for all. The buildings loose value everytime they raise the taxes or fees for one reson or another. I have owned a building for 25 years in this city which has gained minimal value and requires constant up keep with less services and more fees on the way. Tell me gentlemen what is wrong with this equation.

I am a landlord on Van Vranken and take great pride in my building and it's appearance, it would be nice if some of our neighbors such as Union College would contribute to the surrounding community and not only where it serves their best interest. I pay taxes they do not, and have no guilt using our services. Retribution is in order.
