I plan on selling ASAP...They can't keep charging the landlords for their financial short comings without and retribution from the public. The property values are stagnant at best in some neighborhoods. This is just another tax hidden behind a fee. A practice that Straton stated and McCarthy is happy to carry on with. It sickens me to no end!

The good news is that gun and ammuntion sales are at all time highs this month. Maybe the sales tax on all those purchases can elimnate some of our deficit.

God bless all the rural counties and its supervisors for speaking up against the terrine that our governor has placed apon us. As for the opposition, maybe you should move to NYC with the rest of the sheep.

A sniper only needs one bullet, a good gun and a nice scope...should we ban them too? They can pass all the laws they want, but that is not going to deter a madman.

I sure feel safer now that we have those gun laws that Cuomo just passed. The criminals don't fear the new laws which only effect the honest descent citizens of this state.

Why didn't the people get a choice on this? Don't these politcians work for us! Wake up NY your rights are being stripped away ever time these criminals in Albany and DC get togther. Do you really think a criminal cares about some new law?

It was probably Brain Straton who agreed to this contract. He is also the one responsible for building a 20 million dollar garage that we can't afford now. Now he can screw things up at the state level. Just like a politicain to claim that they did good deeds, but really are just covering up their messes and trying to gain big $$$ for themselves.

Jason...maybe you should think about running against McCarthy or anther office next time around. Although, I think you have to much integrity to do so.
