It is a cheap money maker. I'd love to have the same thing at the stop sign at my corner to especially catch all the people that blow by without even looking.

If they make their doughnuts in their own stores verses at a mega bakery and have them shipped in as their competitors seem to be doing, they may have a market in the region.

While I applaud this kind of bill I have difficulties with making it retroactive to periods before this was bill was made law as the people in prison are there under a specific sentence that I assume puts forth what the convicted individual must do to satisfy their sentence requirements. Somehow this looks to me that they are being resentenced automatically without recourse. Is this just? Adding burdens after the sentence does not seem fair. Going foreword or anyone getting a retrial, this law is fine with me as a retrial will be subject to the new and now current law. With this kind of thinking, should NY reenact the death penalty, should all convicted criminals that would have met the death penalty criteria be then subject to it as a requirement to get out of prison? (in his case - out of prison in a box)?

I would hope this person gets on the list for never being able to legally possess a firearm.

Maybe it is time to consider consolidating dioceses just like every organization that has declining populations. The diocese seemed to have done the consolidations of parishes to save money, perhaps it's time to take the big step!

Will they be avoiding the other PCB hot spots containing non GE PCB's like those found below the federal dam in Troy or near Poughkeepsie? (The PCB's not being demanded to be cleaned up by anyone).

Gambling does suck the life out of the community. One need only go a couple blocks off main street in Alantic City, NJ to see the blight. Look at what Turningstone has done for Utica, not much!

One worries about using others grass clipping for compost when one considers types of weed killers used, some reported not to breakdown and cause havoc on vegetables, bedding plants and shrubs.

Include trading items bought on the card for cash too. All to often a recipient will buy food and trade it to person for cash to buy cigarettes. Mind you other things should be banned, especially the non food food like chips and soda.
