“We’re encouraging food retailers    to not sell this toxic product. I don’t see any hypocrisy to it,” Daines said.....
I was taken back by this statement by Mr. Daines as I cannot comprehend why other potentially 'toxic' products were not mentioned in his quest to save smokers (People)from themselves. Perhaps alcohol has no toxic affects? And let us not forget a diabetic that 'chooses 'to purchase a box of candy or a person with a weight control problem loading up on 'junk food'....What about the addicted gambler and a NYS lottery ticket???? Who will save them from themselves??...Are they less worthy of protection from there right to choose?? Hmmm Perhaps emptying the shelves of everything that could potentially harm the human body would be an answer....With all due respect, Mr. Daines needs to rethink his 'good' intentions'....
